My name is Seymour I. Amster and I defend individuals facing criminal charges. As a criminal law specialist, I have been successfully defending people facing serious criminal charges in the Los Angeles area for more than 25 years.

The requirements mentioned above only allow you to qualify to take an exam that tests your expertise in criminal law. I was able to demonstrate that I possessed the required knowledge of criminal law and I passed the exam on my first try.

But passing the test and having the experience is not enough. You must also show that you are respected by judges and by your legal peers, as well as having a record of successful results. Many judges and attorneys were more than happy to share their feelings of esteem for me with the State Bar.
